Since 1986 we have been performing building and equipment appraisals every day. Critical information such as replacement cost, actual cash value and proof of loss are assembled by expert asset valuators then presented in printed reports, our own software, or third party programs.

History

Lawrence Lewin has been engaged professionally as an industrial appraiser, analyst and counsellor since 1974 and has served as an expert witness before judicial authorities. He is certified by The American Society of Appraisers as a Machinery & Technical Specialties appraiser, with a specialty in Machinery & Equipment.

Founded in 1986, we have provided expertise in, actual cash value, replacement cost, proof of loss, expert witnessing, forensic appraisals and in other areas related to the field of property valuation.
